Meet Raman
Raman Mander is CFES Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, with experience and passion for mobility and movement. As a current Certified Movement Flow Instructor, Raman trains her clients to improve their overall functional mobility. She incorprates a holistic perspective as she integrate as skills as a Life Coach to inspire and awaken the hearts of others.
Having gone through a major car accident, including a rotator cuff injury in the past, she relates to her clients to increase their range of motion and mobility to increase their quality of life.
Raman brings forward her background and current status as a Registered Nurse in BC, to apply concepts by relating anatomy and physiology to her training. In the past, Raman played soccer for 17 years, including playing for the Trinity Western University Titans, along with being a soccer coach and referee.
Raman enjoys the concept of exploring new ways of movement, building strength and flexibility, along with fueling the body in all aspects. She absolutely loves the combination of mobility and functional training, which is something she is hoping to bring forward in practice.
