"Raman and I have had many outdoor training sessions throughout her journey to get certified with movement flow. I have trained with her in various locations, and I found that no matter where we were, Raman would find ingenious ways to train using whatever was available around us. Another reason why I continued to seek her services, for my physical care is because of her creative style and excellent blend of different exercises. Of all the sessions we've had, no two were the alike. Furthermore, I felt very encouraged and empowered by her motivational skills as we worked out. Raman is a compassionate and encouraging trainer. She takes time to push her clients limits without making them feel overwhelmed. Her knowledge of the body helps when dealing with injuries as well making it easier to continue working out and doing strengthening exercises when your body isn’t quite working for you. "I started my movement journey with Raman in January 2022. I was at a low point in my life, experiencing anxiety about my future and regret and resentment about my past.
For context, I had spent the last 3 months in my bedroom doing absolutely nothing. I wasn’t exercising, eating, sleeping or talking to anyone really.
Suffice to say my mental and physical health were not great. I was scrolling on IG and I watched one of Raman’s Instagram posts of her flowing.
At first, I noticed how gentle and graceful she was with her movement. I noticed she was smiling. I noticed how strong and flexible and free she was with her movement.
It’s rare to experience connection to people via social media however something about Raman’s mannerisms inspired me.
I felt like this experience of grace and gentleness with oneself was possible for me too
. So I reached out to Raman and we have been working together ever since.
In terms of her professionalism and overall demeanour, Raman is one of my favourite trainers! She has excellent interpersonal skills.

seriously this is something I never experienced before and it’s the most liberating thing. I’ve learned that it’s okay to fail and I’m working on failing with grace.
Raman has also encouraged me to celebrate my wins which has had me experience gratitude and acknowledgement of myself and my capabilities. It’s also had me set some big movement goals for myself- and with that achieve things I never thought were possible (holding a crow pose, performing a cartwheel, doing a handstand kick up).
